Do I need to buy hardware to use the cloud?
Yes. The Canarin dashboard visualizes data from Canarin sensors. You can start on the free tier once you have at least one device.
Can I upgrade or cancel my cloud plan?
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No lock-in.
What's included in the free tier?
One sensor, 7 days of data retention, in-app alerts. Perfect to try the platform before committing.
Do you offer volume discounts for municipalities / research?
Yes — contact us for a custom quote when you need more than 20 devices or custom retention.
Is there a hardware warranty?
24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered.
